Why Cloud Expert?

We speak with verifiable competencies, not claims. We present our service model, operational approach, security layers and compliance framework transparently.

How We Work

Our Service Model

Cloud Expert combines the roles of Cloud Service Provider (CSP), System Integrator (SI) and Managed Service Provider (MSP/MSSP) under a single roof, solving organizations’ cloud, infrastructure and operations needs through one point of contact.

Our Service Process

1

Discovery & Assessment

Current infrastructure, workloads and requirements are analyzed in detail.

2

Architecture Design

A solution architecture and migration roadmap fit for the target state are created.

3

Implementation & Migration

Deployment, configuration and migration are carried out per the approved plan.

4

Operations & Continuous Improvement

24/7 monitoring, incident management, capacity planning and regular reporting deliver ongoing service.

SLA Framework

Service Level Commitments (SLA)

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed with every customer clearly defines availability, response times and escalation processes. The framework below summarizes standard SLA scope; details are customized per customer contract.

Availability

  • SLA-based uptime commitment for infrastructure and platform services
  • Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance
  • Availability reports are shared monthly

Response & Resolution Times

  • Critical (P1): Urgent response — first reply within minutes
  • High (P2): Hourly response and escalation
  • Normal (P3) / Low (P4): Reviewed within business hours

Escalation Model

  • Automated escalation rules are defined per level
  • Technical lead → Operations manager → Executive management chain
  • A customer-specific escalation contact list is maintained

Reporting & Transparency

  • Monthly SLA performance report (availability, incident, response time)
  • Service review meetings (QBR — Quarterly Business Review)
  • Tracking of continuous improvement actions
NOC & SOC

24/7 Operations Model

The Cloud Expert operations team serves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through NOC (Network Operations Center) and SOC (Security Operations Center) structures. Proactive monitoring and automation-based incident management aim to resolve potential outages before customers notice them.

Proactive Monitoring

Infrastructure, network, application and security metrics are monitored in real time. Threshold-based alerts detect anomalies instantly.

Incident Management

With an ITIL-aligned incident management process, every incident is logged, classified and resolved. Root cause analysis (RCA) is applied.

Change Management

Planned changes are evaluated through the CAB (Change Advisory Board) process; impact analysis and a rollback plan are mandatory.

Capacity & Performance Management

Resource usage trends are monitored; capacity planning prevents bottlenecks before they occur.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Regular backups, backup verification tests and disaster recovery drills are performed.

Security Operations (SOC)

SIEM-based log correlation, threat intelligence integration and 24/7 security event monitoring.

Our Infrastructure

Platform & Infrastructure

Cloud Expert delivers its services through tier-certified data centers located in Türkiye. Multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) integration and private network connections provide high performance and data sovereignty.

Türkiye-Based Data Centers

Your data stays in-country; compliance with KVKK and data localization requirements is ensured.

Multi-Cloud Integration

The flexibility to choose the cloud platform best suited to your workload and to distribute load across platforms.

Redundant Network Infrastructure

Redundant connectivity across different carriers minimizes single point of failure risk.

Physical Security

Biometric access, 24/7 camera monitoring, environmental control systems (fire, humidity, temperature).

Scalable Architecture

Compute, storage and network resources scale flexibly as needed.

Automation & Orchestration

Repeatable, consistent configuration through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.

Defense in Depth

Our Security Approach

At Cloud Expert, security is a discipline integrated into every service layer — not a separate add-on. From physical security to the application layer, we apply the defense-in-depth principle.

1

Network Security

Network traffic is secured through next-gen firewall, IPS/IDS, micro-segmentation and DDoS protection layers.

2

Endpoint Security

Advanced threat detection and response at endpoints with EDR/XDR solutions.

3

Identity & Access Management

Multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM) and the least-privilege principle.

4

Data Security

Encryption (at-rest & in-transit), data classification and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.

5

Security Monitoring & SIEM

Centralized log collection, correlation, threat intelligence integration and 24/7 SOC monitoring.

6

Vulnerability Management

Risk reduction through regular vulnerability scans, patch management and security audits.

Regulation & Compliance

Compliance & Regulation

Cloud Expert designs and operates its service infrastructure and processes in line with national and international regulatory frameworks. The scopes below reflect our company’s current certification and competency status.

Compliant infrastructure & processes

KVKK

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law

Compliance with KVKK technical measures is ensured through Türkiye-based data storage, data processing agreements, access controls and logging.
