1. Definitions and General Information

If you are a real person acting on behalf of our customer or supplier, an employee of the Company, or a job applicant, your personal data is processed by Cloud Expert Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., established in Türkiye, as the data controller within the framework described here.

Your personal data is recorded, stored and processed in a manner connected, limited and proportionate to the purpose that requires processing, keeping the data accurate and up to date, under the conditions set out by the KVKK.

Personal information you share via our website (such as name, e-mail, phone number) is stored securely and is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.

2. Processing of Personal Data and the Data Controller

Processing includes obtaining data by automated or non-automated means, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganising, disclosing, transferring, classifying and anonymising it.

Your personal data may be processed by Cloud Expert as the data controller, which determines the purposes and means of processing and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

3. Purposes of Processing and Transfer

We collect and process your personal data to fulfil our legal obligations, to perform service agreements and to provide our products and services. We do not collect sensitive special-category data (such as race, political opinion, religious belief, health or sexual orientation) without a specific request.

Your personal data is processed mainly to carry out commercial activities, to communicate with you, to respond to your requests, to improve service quality and our website, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom the data is transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data,
• Request erasure or destruction of personal data within the conditions set by the Law,
• Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• Object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing,
• Withdraw your consent at any time where consent is required.

5. Applications and Requests

You may submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to Sahrayıcedit Mah. Atatürk Cd. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
