Question 1

What sets Cloud Expert apart from other cloud providers?

Accepted Answer

We are not just a consultant or reseller; we are a Cloud Service Provider that operates its own cloud platform. Beyond providing the resource, we can take on operations through our ClexCare managed services when requested. This way, the cloud resource and its operation can be obtained from a single partner, in an integrated manner.

Question 2

Can Cloud Expert's cloud be used together with global clouds (Azure, AWS)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on workload requirements, we design hybrid and multi-cloud setups that place some workloads on our own platform and others on global clouds. The goal is to run each workload in the environment best suited for cost, performance and compliance.

Question 3

Should I manage the cloud services myself, or do you manage them?

Accepted Answer

The choice is yours. You can take the resource and manage it with your own team, or leave operations to us based on the ClexCare service tier you choose. You can also switch between the two models over time; as your needs change, the sharing of management responsibility can be rearranged.

Question 4

I'm not sure which cloud service to start with.

Accepted Answer

This is a common situation. We usually assess your current workload and goals together and determine which service (such as IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS) will deliver value first. You do not need to take all services at once; you can expand the scope as needs arise.

Question 5

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

The services are productized in a consumable form; the general approach is shaped by the resources you use and the service tier you select. We share scope and pricing transparently once your needs are clarified. You can contact our team for details.
