What Is ClexCare?

ClexCare is Cloud Expert’s managed services (MSP) model. It takes on the continuous operation of your server, cloud, network, storage and application layers under an SLA commitment.

Proactive monitoring, incident and problem management, patch and change management, and regular reporting form the foundation of this model. Your in-house team’s workload decreases while service quality increases.

Key Capabilities

24/7 monitoring applies to all packages; incident response times vary by service level. Scope and service levels are clarified against your existing infrastructure.

Which level is right for you?

Three questions are enough to find the right level:

  1. 1What happens if an outage occurs outside business hours?
  2. 2Who applies patches, updates and changes today?
  3. 3Do you need to document how your infrastructure is managed?

ClexCare Lite

Monitor

Who is it for?

For organizations that manage their own infrastructure but want an independent, continuous layer of oversight.

If these sound familiar:

  • "Sometimes it is our users, not us, who first notice when something goes wrong."
  • "We have no visibility into what happens on our systems at night and on weekends."
  • "Building and running a monitoring stack is an investment in its own right."

Customer profile

Mid-sized organizations with their own IT team; customers who only consume cloud or co-location services.

When it is not enough

If you also want to hand over patch and change management, or expect us to intervene when a system goes down — ClexCare Core.

ClexCare Core

Manage

Who is it for?

For organizations that want to free their IT team from routine infrastructure maintenance and refocus it on core work.

If these sound familiar:

  • "Our team’s time goes to patching and routine maintenance; projects never get their turn."
  • "Patches pile up; nobody knows exactly when they were last applied."
  • "We have no regular, reliable report on the state of our infrastructure."

Customer profile

Manufacturing, distribution and service companies with business systems that run during working hours; organizations managing a broad infrastructure with a small IT staff.

When it is not enough

If your systems also run outside business hours and a night-time outage cannot wait until morning — the On-Call option or ClexCare Pro.

ClexCare Pro

Operate

Who is it for?

For always-on systems where downtime turns directly into lost revenue, production or customers.

If these sound familiar:

  • "If a system goes down at 3 a.m., we cannot wait until morning."
  • "We can calculate what one hour of downtime costs us."
  • "When a critical vulnerability appears, we cannot wait for days."

Customer profile

E-commerce and payment systems, 24/7 production facilities, logistics and distribution operations, customer platforms that must be continuously available.

When it is not enough

If you are subject to audits, need to document how operations are run, or want a single accountable point of contact — ClexCare Elite.

ClexCare Elite

Govern

Who is it for?

For organizations that want to hand over both the execution and management of IT operations to a single accountable partner.

If these sound familiar:

  • "In audits we need to answer the question ‘how is this system managed’ with documentation."
  • "We have key-person dependency in IT and it is seen as a risk."
  • "We want to talk to one counterpart who knows the operation, not a different person for every topic."
  • "We need to plan where our infrastructure is heading over the next 12 months."

Customer profile

Regulated industries and organizations subject to audits; companies with critical infrastructure but limited IT staff; the Turkey operations of internationally headquartered groups.

Not sure?

Most organizations do not run on a single level. Your critical business systems can be managed at Pro level while your supporting systems run at Core. Let us review your inventory together and determine the right level for each system.

How It Works

We run the service with a model focused on taking over managed operations and continuous improvement.

1

Onboarding

We learn your environment, processes and critical systems.

2

Monitoring Setup

We activate proactive monitoring and alerting rules.

3

Operation

24/7 monitoring, incident management and maintenance are carried out.

4

Reporting and Improvement

Regular reviews and continuous improvement.

Frequently Asked Questions

The scope is defined based on your needs, including server, cloud, network, storage, database and application layers.
No, ClexCare complements your team; it takes over the routine operational load so your team can focus on strategic work.
Proactive 24/7 monitoring applies across all ClexCare levels; target response and resolution times are defined according to the level you choose and the SLA set out in the contract. This way each system is managed with a commitment that matches its criticality.
The appropriate service level is defined based on the criticality of your systems, operating hours, expected response times and the operational responsibility Cloud Expert will take on. Starting from the basic visibility needs addressed by Lite, the scope and operational depth increase across the Core, Pro and Elite levels. The suitable level can be identified through an assessment carried out at the start of the engagement.
Yes. Not all infrastructure has to be at the same service level. For example, critical production systems can be managed at the Pro or Elite level, while lower-criticality development or support systems are positioned at the Core level. This way the operational level and cost can be optimised according to the importance of each workload.
No. Subject to technical suitability, ClexCare can be used in hybrid operating models covering Cloud Expert Cloud, the customer’s own data centre, colocation environments and global cloud platforms. This allows infrastructure across different environments to be managed under a common operational approach.
Onboarding begins with an assessment of the infrastructure inventory, access, monitoring, backup, security, network, existing documentation, escalation procedures and operational responsibilities. Systems are then brought into scope, a responsibility matrix and communication processes are defined, and operations are taken over in a controlled manner.
24/7 operations and response coverage is determined by the selected ClexCare level and the SLAs defined in the contract. Continuous monitoring of critical systems and out-of-hours response requirements are assessed separately during service design.
Incidents are classified according to their impact and criticality. Response and escalation times are defined in line with the selected ClexCare level and the SLAs set out in the contract. Critical production outages and low-priority operational requests are not handled with the same process and priority.
Within ClexCare, the monitoring and operational oversight of existing backup and DR processes can be provided. However, infrastructure services such as BaaS and DRaaS themselves can be scoped as separate services. Which responsibility falls under ClexCare and which falls under the relevant cloud service is defined clearly in the contract.
Traditional outsourcing is mostly based on providing specific human resources, whereas ClexCare is built on a defined service scope, SLAs, monitoring, incident and operational processes, reporting and a continuous improvement approach. The aim is to manage the defined IT operation as a service rather than to supply staff.
Yes. As the infrastructure grows, new systems are added or the criticality levels of systems change, the service scope and ClexCare levels can be reassessed. This allows the managed service model to scale in line with the evolution of your infrastructure.
